Beatszo ("we", "us", or "our") operates the What Is That Song? mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

• Team names — Custom team names you enter during game setup. These are stored only on your device and never transmitted to our servers.
• Payment information — When you purchase an upgrade, payment is processed entirely by Stripe. We never receive or store your credit card number, billing address, or other financial details.

The App uses your device's local storage (localStorage) to save:

• Your current subscription tier (e.g., Free, Music Fan, DJ Pro, All Access)
• Number of games played

This data stays on your device and is not sent to any server.

We do not collect analytics, device identifiers, advertising IDs, IP addresses, or location data.

The App may request the following device permissions:

• Internet — Required to stream song previews, identify songs, and process payments.
• Microphone — Used to capture audio for song identification. Audio is sent to Google Gemini AI for processing and is not stored by us.
• Storage / Media access — Used to access audio or video files on your device for song identification.

• To provide the core game experience (playing song clips, scoring, identifying songs)
• To process in-app purchases through Stripe
• To remember your subscription tier and game progress on your device

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

All app data is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data. We do not maintain any server-side database of user information.

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

All network communication uses HTTPS encryption. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We do not store any sensitive financial information.

• Permissions — You can revoke microphone or storage permissions at any time through your device's settings. Some features may not work without them.
• Local data — You can clear the App's data through your device settings or by uninstalling the App.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
