Secure Your Digital Legacy is a 100% local-only application. We do not collect, store, or transmit any user data to external servers, cloud services, or third parties. All data remains exclusively on the user's device.

• No data collection: We do not collect personal information from any users, including children
• No user accounts: The application does not require account creation
• No analytics: We do not use any tracking, analytics, or monitoring tools
• No third-party services: The application contains no advertising or third-party SDKs

Since our application may be used by parents to store sensitive information for their children's future access:

• The application is designed for parental use only to organize legacy information
• Parents are responsible for maintaining device security and access controls
• We recommend parents use device-level parental controls and password protection

• The application interface is designed for adult use
• We do not solicit or encourage direct use by children under 13
• All content is created and managed by parents/guardians

• All data (documents, logins, notes) is encrypted and stored only on the user's device
• Data is never transmitted over the internet
• No backups to cloud services unless explicitly initiated by the user to their personal cloud accounts
• Encryption keys are generated and stored locally on the device

We are fully compliant with COPPA because:

1. No collection of personal information from children under 13
2. No online contact with children
3. No passive tracking of any kind
4. No sharing of data with third parties
5. Parental control is maintained at the device level

• AES-256 encryption for all stored data
• Local biometric/password authentication (device-level)
• No network permissions in the application
• Regular security updates to address vulnerabilities

Parents have the right to:

• Delete all application data by uninstalling the application
• Control access through device-level security features
• Review what information is stored (all data is visible within the app to authenticated users)

Any changes to this privacy policy will be communicated through application updates. Since we collect no user data, we do not maintain contact information for notifications.
