Webtoonify ("we", "our", "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

Webtoonify collects minimal data to provide our service:

• Device ID: A randomly generated UUID stored locally on your device. This anonymous identifier is used solely to manage your subscription tier.
• Usage Data: Daily generation counts are stored locally on your device to enforce tier limits. This data is not sent to our servers.
• Images: Photos you upload are sent to our server for AI processing only. Images are processed in real-time and are never stored on our servers after processing completes.
• Payment Information: If you purchase a subscription or add-on, payment is processed entirely by Stripe. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card or payment details.

• To generate webtoon-style artwork from your uploaded photos using AI.
• To manage your subscription tier and enforce daily generation limits.
• To process purchases through Stripe using your anonymous device ID as a reference.

We rely on the following third-party services to operate Webtoonify:

• Google Gemini API: Used for image analysis and AI image generation. Images are sent to Google's servers for processing. See Google's AI Terms.
• Cloudflare Workers AI: Used for image generation via the FLUX model. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
• Stripe: Used for payment processing. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare KV: Used for storing subscription data (tier and add-on counts) linked to your anonymous device ID.

Your uploaded images are processed in real-time and are never stored on our servers. No images are retained after the AI processing is complete.

Subscription data (your tier level and any purchased extras) is stored on Cloudflare KV and linked only to your anonymous device ID. No personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, phone number, or location is collected or stored.

Local data on your device (device ID, generation counts, tier info) can be cleared at any time by clearing the app's data or uninstalling.

We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with the third-party services listed above, solely for the purpose of operating the app.

• Access: You can view your subscription data at any time within the app.
• Deletion: Since we store no personal data on our servers, clearing your app data or uninstalling removes all locally stored information. Your anonymous device ID record in our subscription database can be deleted upon request.
• Portability: No personal data is collected, so there is no personal data to export.

Webtoonify is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children under 13. If you believe a child has used the app, please contact us and we will take steps to remove any associated data.

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, Stripe's PCI-compliant payment processing, and Cloudflare's infrastructure security. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
